Payment terms for services are outlined in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Guard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Tech Guard in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
